From humble beginnings as a small retail outlet over 123 years ago, to the established wholesale bakery supplying hotels, retailers & restaurants throughout the Home Counties, London and via 3rd party routes.

All our bread is baked using time-honoured techniques and authentic natural ingredients, with no additives and superior production methods, our attention to detail and passion for quality befits an artisanal bakery.
